What is required of the Delegate?

As a delegate, you will act on behalf of the professional who has authorized you to complete their profile for them. You will be required to gather specific information (see PDF), so that you can complete the questions as accurately as they would, themselves.  This may require sitting down with them and asking them some questions (it really shouldn’t take more than a few minutes), to ensure that you have all the information you will need.  Professional Delegate Profile Questions
